What is Voro?

How long does it take to get started?

Do I need to change how I work?
No. Voro is designed to fit your business, not force you into a rigid structure. We configure the system to match your current workflow. If you order by weight but production varies, that’s fine. If you have different packaging options for different customers, that’s fine too.

Features
How does traceability work?
Every production batch gets tracked from creation to dispatch. When you need to answer questions like “where did this batch go?” or “what batches were in this order?”, you can search and find the answer in seconds instead of hours.
Can I track use-by dates?
Yes. Every batch can have a use-by date. Voro helps you ensure proper stock rotation so you’re dispatching the right products.
What does QC management include?
Products can be held for quality testing before being cleared for dispatch. Every decision is logged so you have a complete audit trail. Products that don’t pass are excluded from dispatch options automatically.
Can I send dispatch notes by email?
Yes. Once a dispatch is complete, you can email the dispatch note PDF to your customer with one click. The customer email is pulled from their record, and you can customize the email message.
What reports are available?
Voro includes reports for production, dispatch, traceability, and sales analysis. All reports can be exported to Excel or PDF. We can add custom reports during implementation if you need specific information.
Integrations
Does Voro integrate with accounting software?
Yes. Voro integrates with AccountsIQ, Xero, QuickBooks, and other accounting systems. You can import customers and products, and push order data for invoicing.
What if I use a system you don't already support?
We can build custom integrations for your specific systems. Talk to our team about what you need, and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
Is my data kept in sync automatically?
Yes, once set up, integrations keep your data synchronized automatically. No manual exports or imports needed.
Pricing
What does Voro cost?
Monthly subscriptions range from €150 to €350+ depending on your needs (number of users, volume, features). There’s also a one-time implementation fee of €2,500 – €5,000 that covers setup, data import, configuration, and training.

Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. The monthly subscription and implementation fee cover everything you need. This includes updates, support, backups, and standard integrations.
Is there a trial period?
We don’t offer a self-service trial because Voro works best when it’s configured for your business. Instead, we offer a discovery call where we show you the system and discuss your needs. If it’s a good fit, we proceed with implementation.
Security & Compliance
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use secure cloud infrastructure with regular backups. Access is controlled by user permissions.
Does Voro help with food safety compliance?
Yes. Voro provides the traceability documentation, batch tracking, QC records, and audit trails needed for FSSC 22000, BRC, and HACCP compliance.
Where is my data stored?
Data is stored in secure data centers within the EU (Ireland). Daily backups ensure your data is protected.
Can I export my data?
Yes. All your data can be exported at any time. Reports export to Excel/CSV, and we can provide full data exports if needed.

Can you import my existing data?
